Daleville to Middle Creek Campground

No longer having a goal is strange. I can do whatever I want now, but what do I want? How far do I go? How many more days? A friend said that I’ll know when it’s time to stop, so I guess until it’s time to stop, I’ll keep heading north.

Around 27 miles in I pulled out my far out map to check out camping options. I saw that I was just a few miles from Middle Creek Campground, just 1.5 miles off trail. Normally I would never go that far off trail if I didn’t have to. But my agenda is gone, and they had hot food, showers, and ice cream. Ending my day here was a no brainer!
